Before the commencement of employment with the above client, the following must be satisfied.
1.      You must meet notified final acceptance for employment by M/s
         subject to completion of processing procedures contained in items (2) to (8) below.
2.      You must carry out the Medical check-up as per the directive of the above client.
3.      You must have a valid passport with minimum 6 months validity.
4.      Information provided by you on the application form including references and earlier employment shall be          verified.
5.      You must execute the Employment Agreement after, all your processing has been completed.
6.      You must provide the required authenticated / certified certificates (Medical / Engineering
         personnel only).
7.      If required, you must possess a valid U.A.E. / G.C.C. driving licence.
8.      You must keep 24 passport size photographs ready with you.
 
THE COMPANY WILL NOT COMPENSATE YOU WHILE YOU ARE COMPLETING PROCESSING AS SPECIFIED IN ITEMS 1 TO 8. IN CASE THIS OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT IS WITHDRAWN OR TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED FOR ANY REASON, YOU MUST AGREE TO HOLD THE COMPANY OR ITS AGENT FREE AND HARMLESS FOR ANY LIABILITY OR DAMAGES.
 
WE HOPE YOU SHALL ADVISE THIS OFFICE YOUR ACCEPTANCE / REJECTION OF THIS OFFER WITHIN 10 DAYS BY SIGNING AND RETURNING TO US ONE COPY OF THIS LETTER.
 
YOU SHOULD NOT RESIGN FROM YOUR PRESENT POSITION UNTIL SUCH TIME AS WE SPECIFICALLY ADVISE YOU.
